"If I could give 10 STARS I would! To say Mike at VIP saved the day is an understatement! Long story short....some pretty serious front end damage on our car, right before we moved here from out of state. Had to tow the car behind the uhaul and had no idea where to start down here to get it fixed on a serious budget. "​I cannot recommend VIP Collision enough! After being rear-ended, I had significant damage to my trunk and bumper. I worked directly with the owner, Mike, who is a total professional and provides top-tier customer service.

​I dropped my car off on October 7, 2025 and had it back by the 29th. The bodywork was flawless—it looks like the accident never happened. Beyond the repair itself, Mike went out of his way to make the process easy, including personally dropping me off and picking me up from the car rental agency at no extra charge.

​What really blew me away was Mike’s generosity. I had asked him for an estimate on a separate issue that was completely unrelated to the accident. When I picked the car up, I found out he had fixed that issue for me and didn't charge me a dime for it!

​We did run into two minor hiccups, but Mike handled them like a true professional:

​The Windshield: I noticed a crack that wasn't there at drop-off. Mike took care of it immediately and sent someone to my house to install a new one at his expense.

​The Follow-up: He told me to bring the car back for any minor adjustments I noticed later so he could make sure everything was perfect.

​The only slight negative was that the interior was quite dusty when I picked it up, but given the high quality of the repairs and the incredible honesty and extra work Mike did for free, I still give them a full five stars. "I honestly couldnt ask someone better to fix my front bumper on my car. I had two big scratches on the bumper and went too several different locations for quotes and they were out ranges! "Mike is Awesome. He is very relaxed and made the problems with my insurance company seam minor. They made it possible for my truck to be repaired. I had put off fixing it because I didn't have the money to cover the deductible on my insurance coverage. This company gave me their coupon that waives that fee. They are more interested in doing what is right for the customer and helping people.

They also made sure that i had a rental car and their coupon covers it even when my i didn't have rental car coverage.

"Excellent service on our 2014 VW Tiguan.  Right front fender was badly damaged.

Very friendly and customer oriented.  They seem to go out of their way to explain services needed.  Even took me to and from rental car place.

The paint and repairs  were exceptionally well done as you can see in the attached photos.

To keep out of insurance. I paid for repairs myself.  There is a trim piece just above the front tire.  From VW  it was going cost $250. As it was just scuffed. I told them not to replace.  When I got the car back,  the trim piece was replaced at no charge.  They said they wanted the car to look like new.  Incredible.

When delivered the car had been completely cleaned inside and out.  Very nice .

"Mike was very professional. He was very kind. He was knowledgable. He was patient. There was a problem with the Hertz rental that the other parties insurance setup for me. And when the same ins company would not cover the rental expenses for Enterprise, Mike stepped in & covered all expenses, including the deposit. Then filed for their reimbursement from the insurance company. This happened close to Christmas. And right when I was due to take a trip.
